About Me
Hello and Welcome!
I’m Alyssa LeBlanc, LMHC – a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
I have over 20 Years of Experience Rooted in Compassion and Connection
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing 100% HIPAA-compliant telehealth services across Massachusetts. I offer a safe, creative, and non-judgmental environment where clients of all ages can find their footing.
Choosing a therapist is about finding someone who truly “gets it”—someone who combines professional expertise with a genuine, human touch. Someone who cares about you and what has brought you to seek therapy.
My journey into mental health began with a simple belief: that everyone, regardless of age, deserves a safe space to be heard without judgment. Over the last 20 years, I have dedicated my career to mastering the tools that help people move from a state of “surviving” to a state of thriving.
My Clinical Philosophy
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every child, teenager, and adult brings a unique story to my office. My practice is built on:
• Developmental Expertise: Having spent two decades working with youth, I understand the nuances of the developing brain. I know how to translate “big feelings” into manageable steps for a child and how to bridge the communication gap between teens and their parents.
• Evidence-Based Care: I pull from various therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness—to ensure you are getting care that is backed by science and proven to work.
• A Partnership Model: I view our work as a collaboration. For my younger clients, this often means working closely with the family unit to ensure growth happens both inside and outside the therapy room.

Beyond the Credentials
While my 20+ years of experience provide the foundation of my work, it is my role as a fellow human being that drives my passion. I understand the pressures of modern life, the complexities of parenting, and the courage it takes to ask for help.
When you sit across from me, you aren’t just a “case”—you are an individual with strengths, potential, and the capacity for change. I am here to help you rediscover those strengths.
